5、 Process plan description:
This machine adopts an integrated form of automatic feeding, crushing, and grading, completing crushing and grading in one go. The device has a simple structure and occupies a small space.
1. Storage bin and automatic feeding system: After the material is poured into the storage bin, it is transported to the feeding port of the crusher by an electric agitator. The agitator motor is controlled by a frequency converter, which can achieve automatic feeding and adjust the feeding amount.
2. Crusher: CR600 type; It mainly consists of a crushing part and a grading part:
After entering the crushing zone, the material undergoes severe collisions, friction, and shearing under the action of high-speed impact hammers and toothed plates, forming ultrafine particle crushing The crushed materials enter the classification area, and the materials in the classification area are sorted out in a timely manner by the classifier to enter the lower level product collection, while the materials that do not reach the fineness continue to be crushed in the crushing area By adjusting the speed of the graded turbine to produce products with different fineness requirements, the speed control is achieved by adjusting the frequency converter of the electrical cabinet, which is convenient and reliable The fineness of crushing can be adjusted between 120-600 mesh. The crushing chamber and grading chamber are cooled by water-cooled jackets. As the material enters the crushing chamber with the wind, it can be discharged outside the machine with gas after passing the test, which can reduce the crushing temperature. The crushing host is controlled by a frequency converter, reducing the impact of high-power motors on the factory power grid.
3. Cyclone collector:
The cyclone collector is mainly composed of a cylindrical body, a conical body, a top cover, an intake pipe, an exhaust pipe, an ash hopper, an pneumatic discharge valve, and other parts.
Its working principle is that when dusty gas enters from the inlet pipe at a high speed along the tangent direction of the outer cylinder, the airflow will change from linear motion to circular motion. In rotational motion, the centrifugal force on the solid particles is much greater than that on the gas molecules, and the different centrifugal forces are used to achieve gas-solid separation.
Determination of main parameters for cyclone collector:
By determining the parameters of the airflow pulverizer and secondary classifier mentioned above, the basic values of the system air volume were determined. In order to achieve the maximum collection efficiency of the cyclone collector, a semi-circular spiral inlet cyclone collector was adopted, with a cylinder air velocity between 3.5-5m/s and an inlet air velocity between 18-23 m/s
4. Electric pulse dust collector: mainly composed of a cylinder, pulse controller, pulse valve, blowback pipe, filter bag, and keel. Micro powder that is not collected by the cyclone collector enters the bag filter with the airflow, attaches to the filter bag and is filtered. Under the action of high-pressure blowback, it is vibrated to the bottom of the warehouse and collected. It is discharged through an automatic discharge valve to obtain level 1 products. Clean air is discharged through a fan, with a dust concentration of ≤ 35mg/㎡

9、 Quality Control and Assurance:
1) According to the requirements of the contract and technical agreement, based on sufficient communication with the project engineering technology department, provide a complete set of detailed and verifiable technical solutions, including on-site construction drawings, on-site supporting engineering requirements drawings, etc. After both parties sign and agree, both the supply and demand parties shall carry out production and construction.
2) Strictly following the ISO9001 quality assurance system, we ensure the quality of the equipment is reliable through rigorous checks and written records from design, procurement, manufacturing, inspection, and testing.
3) Before installing the equipment, invite the purchaser to the company for preliminary acceptance according to the technical agreement requirements and review written records. After installation, conduct an empty machine test, sign by both parties after meeting the requirements, disassemble, package and ship.
10、 Technical data provision
1) The equipment diagram and electrical system diagram shall be submitted in written and electronic form to the purchaser within one week after the signing of the technical agreement.
2) Equipment user manual The drawings of vulnerable parts and product certificates shall be delivered together with the equipment.
11、 Inspection and acceptance
1) The supplier and demander shall promptly invite the demander to conduct the initial acceptance before shipment after completing the production according to the technical agreement and contract requirements. If the requirements cannot be met, it should be remade and processed within the specified time.
2) After the equipment arrives at the site and is installed and debugged, the final acceptance of the equipment shall be presided over by the purchaser and attended by the supplier. If it fails to meet the requirements, it shall meet the technical agreement requirements within the specified time.
12、 Packaging and Transportation
1) The stainless steel part of the host is disassembled and packaged for anti-collision, the dust collector part is naked, and the electrical cabinet is packaged for rain protection. Export product packaging shall be in accordance with the agreement between both parties.
2) Transport by car once to the destination.
